Welcome to Lightbulb Mediation. We provide professional family mediation services designed to help you resolve disputes constructively, stay out of court, and focus on positive paths forward guided by the principles of the Family Mediation Council Code of Practice.

Our Core Services

• Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs): This is a mandatory first step for family for participants. It allows the mediator to discuss your circumstances and what you wish to achieve in mediation. It also ensures the process is safe for all. 

• Child Arrangements: This may include parenting plans, childcare rotas, reaching decisions and settlements in general or on specific issues. 

• Financial & Property Separation: Assistance in reaching a fair financial settlement in anticipation of a divorce or a separation of co-habitees. This may include the preparation of an Open Financial Statement, a  Memorandum of Understanding and general support in reaching decisions in an efficient and practical way.
